SIAD Construction is part of SIAD Group and offer services in all aspects of industrial and commercial construction. SIAD Construction carry out services ranging from demolition, groundworks, foundations, bricklaying, cladding, M&E and HVAC.  SIAD Group consist of SIAD Studio, SIAD Construction and SIAD Industrial Roofing.

SIAD Construction specialise in all aspects of industrial and commercial buildings works. We offer a range of services from demolition and groundworks, through to complete building construction and project handover.

 

SIAD Construction are also able to oversee and manage any pre-commencement works such as structural surveys and planning. 

SIAD Construction is part of SIAD Group and offer services in all aspects of industrial and commercial construction. One service is Shell & Core. This is the bare bones of a building, a weather and water-proofed sealed space. A Shell & Core building may be completed on the outside but on the inside the main space is just a bare shell, with concrete floors and walls but no services. It is essentially the state of a building before any fit out has occurred. Although the main space is a bare shell, common areas shared between tenants can been completed; such as lifts and toilets. Unlike the rest of the main shell, these core areas are usually finished to a high standard.

Cat A typically includes Raised access floors, Suspended ceilings, Basic mechanical and electrical services including lighting, Fire detection services and smoke alarms, Heating, cooling and ventilation plus Basic internal finishes.

  • Basic mechanical and electrical services including lighting

CAT B fit-out will turn the blank canvas into a fully functioning workspace that is tailored to the needs of the tenant’s business. Cat B typically includes Fully-fitted kitchens and non-communal office amenities, Partitioning; including meeting rooms, offices and breakout spaces, Workstations & furniture, Alterations to air con, power and data points, IT Installation and infrastructure plus Design & brand detailing
