SIAD Group take the privacy of your data very seriously and we are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy notice sets out how we collect, use and protect your personal information, personal or company, and your rights in relation to that information.
 
This includes when you or your company contact us, we contact you, we undertake work for you (customer) or we ask you to supply goods or undertake work for us (wholesalers, retailers or subcontractors). This also applies when you visit our website and connect with us via our website or social media.
 
This Privacy Statement applies from 25 May 2018, when the General Data Protection Regulations came into force. We may update this Privacy Notice at any time.

Subcontractors (Labour & Materials and Labour Only)

  • Personal details such as: your name, address, email address, telephone number and occupation. We may also require payment details, CIS information, qualifications and insurance information.

  • Company details, such as; company name, address, email address and telephone number.

 

Potential Employees

  • Employment details such as: specific employment information like length of service or employment history, where provided by you in relation to any application for any job role at SIAD.

 

No data, whether company based or personal, has ever been and would not be released to any party other than those identified in the Disclosure of your Personal Data section below.  It would be done only when necessary for the successful progress of the project.

 

We will not collect any personal data about you or individuals accessing SIAD’s website, except where it is specifically and knowingly provided either via our contact form or subscribing to our mailing list.

However, SIAD Group will collect information about your computer including, where available and subject to your chosen cookie and privacy settings as made available on the website, your IP address, operating system and browser type and we may share non-personal aggregated statistics about our website visitors’ traffic patterns with authorised partners with a need to know, namely Google Analytics. Under no circumstances will SIAD Group collect, sell or share any of this information about individual users.

All personal data you provide to us is stored on systems with appropriate technical and organisational security measures and controls, which are sufficient to comply with the requirements under the Data Protection Laws. The accuracy of the information that we hold about you is important to us. This Privacy Policy only applies to this Website and does not apply to any links within the site linking to other websites. We ask you to read the Privacy Policy on other websites you visit.

We would encourage you to inform us if the information we hold about you is no longer accurate. We may need extra information from you to deal with any request.
